Ronald R. Psimas
Co-CEO
Ron Psimas, Co-CEO at Bio-Tech Manufacturing, spearheads marketing, strategic sourcing, and business development initiatives. With an extensive 40-year track record in healthcare, Ron’s expertise spans PPE, many Infection Control related products, surgical products & apparel, Custom Sterile kits, urological products, respiratory care products, dental implants, sterilization products & packaging, and test kits. His healthcare journey began in the early ’80s with Medline Industries, where he began as a Sales Rep and Regional Manager, and participated as part of in the Field Marketing team with Custom Sterile kits.
In 1993, he joined Crosstex International, leading the setup and management of the Southeastern Distribution and Manufacturing center in Atlanta, GA. He helped establish Crosstex as a National distributor through NDC and developed sales for Crosstex in Latin America. Over the last six years, Ron served as President at Integrated Healthcare, LLC, offering consulting and management services for new product introductions.
Scott Sanford
Co-CEO
Scott Sanford, Co-CEO of Bio-Tech Manufacturing, assumes responsibility for standard company operations and technical support. With over 35 years in business, including two decades in the medical equipment and personal protective equipment sector, Scott is a seasoned professional. As the former Managing Director of Stateside PPE, he established a comprehensive PPE supply chain, featuring exclusive European NIOSH certified N-95 masks.
Currently serving as the CEO of Med-Tech Distribution, a company he founded, Scott manages wholesale and retail operations, ensuring a reliable supply of PPE products to governments, medical facilities, biotech firms, and other businesses throughout North America.
Michael Freeman
CSO – Chief Strategy Officer
Michael Freeman stands at the forefront of strategic innovation as the Chief Strategy Officer at Bio-Tech Manufacturing. With a career defined by pioneering American-made manufacturing solutions, Michael’s responsibilities include overseeing marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, and the integration of technology and automation to streamline operations and improve customer engagement.
His approach to strategy is holistic, focusing on leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency and sustainability across the manufacturing process.
At Bio-Tech Manufacturing, Michael’s role involves a deep dive into market trends, emerging technologies, and potential growth areas, guiding the company through strategic decision-making processes that align with long-term goals.

Since joining Duffey Southeast in 2009, Gardner Peek has become an indispensable part of the leadership team. As Vice President, his dedication to excellence is a driving force behind the firm’s ability to consistently deliver superior results, ensuring that commercial, manufacturing, and industrial clients remain loyal and continue to engage Duffey Southeast for repeat projects.
Gardner’s educational background encompasses degrees in Construction and Business Management. This, combined with his extensive field experience in construction, equips him with a distinctive insight that is crucial for the successful management of a diverse range of construction projects.
With over 30 years of experience, Gardner prioritizes customer service above all. His commitment to daily collaboration with clients underscores his passion for fostering strong, productive relationships.

Since 2009, Ronnie Psimas, holding a DDS degree, has served and sold to the medical and dental industries, offering a broad array of products that include advanced high-tech devices and items requiring educational support for end users.
Ronnie serves as the Vice President of Sales at Bio-Tech Manufacturing. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive experience and network to drive sales strategies, expand market reach, and introduce innovative products to the medical and dental sectors.
His role and expertise will enable him to offer sourcing and consulting services for dental and medical companies, with a team ready for national rollouts.
